Hutt City Libraries

Hutt City Libraries wanted to build a shared strategy and vision for the future. We used co-design workshops to help the team of 82 staff co-create the library’s strategic plan and develop a unique set of organisational personas. 

This project also included training library staff in co-design techniques. The staff were then able to conduct empathy conversations with community members about what they would like from a future library, which were then layered into their strategy.
